- Alicia leads Save the Sound’s development team and guides the organization as a member of the Executive Team. She oversees major donor and foundation support, membership growth goals, corporate donations, government grants, and currently, the Sound Future Campaign to raise $10 Million by 2027. More
- Scott Redfern, Senior Manager of the Henry L. and Grace Doherty Climate and Resilience Institute, Save the Sound
- Scott focuses on moving policy ideas into action by mobilizing people, coalition-building, advocacy, and voter education efforts. In 2023, he left his first career in technology, where he held product development leadership roles in startups and global enterprises (including IBM & Dell), to work on preserving our lands, water, and air while addressing the impacts of climate change in our CT cities and towns. About Sam Cherubin and Lisa Miniter
During his tenure at Elevance, he has focused on designing innovative, sustainable solutions for climate impacts on health. Previous roles include serving as Elevance’s Senior Product Manager/Strategist from 2017 to 2020 and as Product Manager for a boutique consulting firm from 2008 to 2017.
Lisa Miniter is a versatile B2B2C market strategist and partnerships developer who integrates a strong creative orientation in building partnership frameworks, sales development, go-to-market planning, and strategic business writing. Additionally, she has capabilities in conceptualizing and selling multi-level media packaging with an emphasis on early-stage platforms. Her sales management experience with integrated media sales has included the U.S., Mexico, and Europe.
