CEO & Co-Founder of JoyRide Cycling + Fitness
Amy Hochhauser is co-founder and Chief Brand Officer of JoyRide Cycling + Fitness, with 100 instructors and staffers in six locations in Connecticut and Texas. JoyRide was named Best of the Gold Coast Connecticut and Best of San Antonio for its athletic, fun and JOYful cycling classes. “Good Morning America” recently called JoyRide one of the most inclusive fitness studios in America. Hochhauser holds a bachelor of arts from Lehigh University where she was awarded Phi Beta Kappa, and a JD from NYU School of Law. She started her career as an attorney in New York City with Chadbourne & Parke LLC, followed by eight years as director of business development for American Lawyer Media, where she was responsible for strategic partnerships and digital marketing initiatives. She’s also committed to philanthropy and giving back and serves as vice president and board member for The RMH Foundation, a family foundation focused on education and human rights. Recently Amy has joined joined the board of AWARE CT helping to fight for the rights and health of women in our community. As a “recovering” attorney living in New York City, Hochhauser was balancing the demands of raising young children with her desire to create a fulfilling career doing something she loved. To channel her energy, she began practicing yoga, taking indoor cycling and studying meditation. She quickly realized that these disciplines had a tremendous positive influence on her ability to manage stress and physical pain. After moving to Westport, CT in 2009, she sought a fitness community to help her continue her mind-body journey. While she found places to practice yoga, she couldn’t find a “joyful” place to take an indoor cycling class. Then it clicked: She could combine her love of fitness, belief in the power of the mind-body connection, and her passion for business into a new career. That’s how JoyRide was born!
CEO & Co-Founder of JoyRide Cycling + Fitness
Becky Cerroni is CEO and Co-Owner of JoyRide Cycling + Fitness. She is passionate about fitness and the innovative JoyRide team. She has degrees in Biology/Environmental Science from Lake Forest College and a Master’s Degree in Ocean Policy from the University of Miami. Becky spent more than ten years managing global programs for large organizations like the Wildlife Conservation Society and The Nature Conservancy. After becoming a client of JoyRide while living in Connecticut in 2011, she quickly fell in love with JoyRide’s signature athletic workouts and warm community vibe. When she relocated back to San Antonio in 2013 with her family, opening two JoyRide studios in San Antonio was a dream realized. She now leads JoyRide’s seven studios nationally, from a home base in Westport, CT, and she spends as much time taking JoyRide’s killer Joyful workouts as possible. Becky is most proud of JoyRide’s authentic community vibe that connects with clients ages 16-75. In fact Good Morning America recently called JoyRide one of the most inclusive gyms in America. She lives in Connecticut with her family and commutes to Texas on a monthly basis.

Julie Mountain & Dana Noorily
Co-founders of The Granola Bar
Julie began her career in the music business in NYC. Upon graduating from NYU in 1995, she began a thirteen year career in music marketing, concert promotion, and record label work at Atlantic Records. In 2008 Julie moved to Westport, CT and took some time off from her rock and roll hustle to enjoy a few years as a stay-at-home-mom to two daughters. Recognizing the need to re-fuel her creative passion and entrepreneurial spirit, all it took was an introduction to Dana Noorily to solidify a new career path – one of friendship, granola, community, and connection. With no formal training in food or hospitality, Julie brings her sharp wit, playful spirit, creative eye for design and strategic marketing, as well as her ability to get anyone to laugh, to The Granola Bar every day. She’s the resident therapist and some will argue she’s the “salty” to Dana’s “sweet.” Julie is an active member of the Westport, CT community where she lives with her husband and their (blended) family of six children and three dogs. She thrives on happy chaos, non-stop laughter and creating addicting content on the @granolygirls Instagram Feed.
Dana Noorily worked in finance for over a decade after graduating from the University of Delaware in 1996. From Schroeders to Citigroup, her career was successful and demanding. In 2008 when her analytical mind needed a break, Dana ventured out to the suburbs of Westport, CT to get some fresh air and spend time at home being a mom. Upon meeting Julie Mountain at a children’s birthday party and sharing a similar interest to return to the work force, the two decided to venture into a business that would ultimately allow them to remain close to home while at the same time flex their entrepreneurial muscles. The Granola Bar allows Dana to blend her gift of numbers and business acumen with her passion for food and community connection. Dana is an avocado aficionado and resident taste taster, eager to share the next food trend with The Granola Bar audience. You’ll find her jumping on the cooking line to seating customers every morning, her hospitality and dedication knows no bounds. Dana resides in Westport, CT with her husband, three children, and dog Leland. She is always in search of the perfect bite in life- whether that’s food, family, travel or finding the newest location for The Granola Bar
