We use your personal information to personalize your member experience at HAYVN, to request feedback from you regarding HAYVN’s services and amenities, to improve our services and website and mobile application, to improve customer service, to provide notices and send periodic emails on HAYVN events, programming and news, to communicate promotions, and to conduct surveys.

Who We Share Your Personal Information With
We routinely share your name, business name, business website URL address, and email address with other HAYVN members on our Hub. This data sharing enables HAYVN to understand our members and enables members to contact and collaborate with each other.
We will share personal information with law enforcement or other authorities if required by applicable law.
We will not share your personal information with any other third party.
Whether Information Has to Be Provided by You and Why
The provision of your personal data (e.g., name, address, business name, website, email address) is required from you to enable us and other HAYVN members to communicate effectively with you. Keeping Your Personal Information Secure
We have commercially reasonable security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorized way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to know it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Age of Users
HAYVN is a co-working space designed for adults. HAYVN’s website and HAYVN’s Hub is not for use by persons who are under the age of 18 years.
If a child under the age of 13 years has provided us with personal information, a parent or guardian of that child may contact us and request that such information be deleted from our records.
