In this one-hour Lunch & Learn workshop, you’ll learn powerful communication skills and scripts to deal with difficult situations and people. You’ll learn how to sort through your feelings and needs, calm down, and know what to say, when to say it, and how to best connect when you’re feeling confronted.

A light lunch will be served.
