About Linda:
Linda holds a master’s degree in clinical nutrition and has a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She competes as pro athlete in the International Federation of Bodybuilding (IFBB). She judges for the National Physique Committee (NPC) and writes for several international publications. She has spoken at several fitness expos on women’s health issues and achieving your best health at any age.
