HAYVN HEALTH – Lean Machine – 8 Week Get Fit Program
Join us and your co-workers in this 8-week wellness program!
Feel confident, lose weight and get fit – at work!
What you get:
– 8 food for thought sessions, a weekly nutritional class at HAYVN on Mondays at 12n
– 16 group training sessions: Wednesdays & Fridays 7:15am-8am – at HAYVN with one of our trainers (we come to you!)
– Optional measurement day on Saturday, January 11th, come anytime from 8am-10am
– Weekly recipes and a progressive exercise plan provided via email
– Constant ongoing support via our private Facebook Group – The Lean Machine!
– 1 10-pack class pass package- that’s 10 classes! – a value of $180! to participate in any of the Darien Y’s Group fitness classes
This Program is open to everyone from ages 15 to 99
Cost: $570 Per Person
