ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:

Mia Schipani is the CCO of Schipani PR, Founder of Badass Women Fairfield County, and a Business Advisor, Publicist, and People Relations strategist with more than 25 years of experience helping businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals grow through the power of authentic relationships. Before launching Schipani PR, Mia held senior leadership roles in marketing, public relations, and business development, where she learned that the strongest brands are built on trust, connection, and community. Today, she brings those disciplines together through her signature People Relations approach—a modern philosophy that goes beyond traditional public relations by cultivating meaningful relationships that generate visibility, referrals, strategic partnerships, and sustainable business growth.

Known as a natural connector, Mia helps entrepreneurs uncover what makes them unique, clarify their message, strengthen their personal brand, and intentionally cultivate a Circle of Influence that becomes a consistent source of leads, opportunities, and long-term success.

A passionate advocate for women, community engagement, and wellness, Mia serves in leadership and volunteer roles with numerous nonprofit organizations throughout Fairfield County. She is a graduate of Emerson College, lives in Stamford, Connecticut, with her husband and their Great Pyrenees, Bodhi, and believes that meaningful relationships remain every professional’s greatest competitive advantage.

About The Entrepreneurial Women’s Collective (EWC)

The Entrepreneurial Women’s Collective was born in 2015 as a way to offer meaningful networking and professional development to women business owners. Since that time, the EWC network has expanded, special friendships have formed and business has happened, all while learning from some pretty amazing speakers. EWC’s mission is to bring smart, supportive women together and watch the magic happen.

When we ask the members what they like best, the #1 answer is “the women in the room”. Words like high quality, warm, welcoming, willing to help one another are heard over and over again. Go to HAYVN.com/EWC to become a member.
