The HAYVN Calendar
Our members have told us they love to learn from other experts, so this February, and in celebration of Valentine’s Day, our calendar is chock-full of events for growing your business, connecting with other professionals, and embracing our passions even if you work from a remote office at home.
To help you find your passion, we are offering workshops on financial strategies and planning, growing your brand through email acquisition and social media partnerships, and information sessions on the psychology of choosing a business partner.
What is Your Passion?
“My passion is helping people achieve their potential. I have found sharing my knowledge and expertise a great way to meet people,” said Eileen Springer, CEO, and Founder of Central Park Executive Coaching, who along with Alexis Brooks of Brooks Law, is presenting at HAYVN Halftime: “How to Choose a Business Partner” on February 11 at 12:00 pm. Eileen will discuss what to look for in a partner and how to anticipate changes that may occur at various phases of the business, while Alexis will delve into the legal aspects of partnership.
The HAYVN magic happens when members support members like this.
Sustainability & Social Impact
HAYVN members are also focused on social impact and sustainability and are committed to education and mentorship programming. In fact, there is a new program, “Sustainability and Social Impact Meeting of the Minds,” where HAYVN is pulling together members who are committed to sustainability and creating social impact on a bi-weekly basis.
Soledad Matteozzi adds that her company, Thinking Beyond Business, is looking forward to helping open up the sustainability discussion for small businesses at HAYVN. Her firm, which she co-founded with fellow member Silvina Skverer, provides entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized companies simple, easy to implement tools to incorporate sustainability into their business strategies.

But we haven’t stopped there. As the “work from anywhere” model takes hold, and our work life and personal life blend together in the midst of the pandemic, it is important to take care of mental and physical health more than ever before.

Looking Towards a Bright Future
Going into 2021, HAYVN has already reached beyond what even we could have imagined when we opened our doors in 2019.
We could not ask for a more amazing group of individuals coming together to work, learn and grow.
We have all had to make adjustments and rethink our businesses this past year, but the excitement and enthusiasm that our members feel about their work as we have remained steadfast this past year is nothing less than amazing.
We can’t wait to see what the rest of the year holds for our community as we work on the things that make us passionate. Together, we know we can move forward and support each other – whether we are working at home, remotely with a virtual office, or safely on-site at HAYVN with remote team-members around the globe.
