Get lost Godiva, move over Russell Stover – the NO REGRETS Chocolate Cooking Class is here just in time for Valentine’s Day! Trying to avoid sugar and feeling deprived? Amy Kiser, MBA, FNTP will teach you how to make decadent, low sugar chocolate treats that don’t impact your waistline.

The class will be held on February 6th at 5:30pm in the HAYVN Kitchen and last a little over an hour. It will include demonstrations, recipes and of course, chocolate tasting. A certified nutritionist, Amy endorses eating chocolate before dinner just this one time!

This event is part of a series of interactive educational workshops presented by HAVYN Coworking. The goal is to educate HAYVN members & guests on marketing, finance & technology strategies and tactics to grow their business. HAYVN presents these seminars on a regular basis as a way to educate and inspire their members.

Amy Kiser, MBA, FNTP founded Jane Street Wellness, Inc. after struggling with autoimmune disease and digestive issues that improved with nutrition protocols. She is certified as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (aka Nutritionist) by the Nutritional Therapy Association and is a member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals. She has helped clients at the Darien YMCA and in her private practice with digestive issues, autoimmune diseases, hormonal issues, blood sugar management and more.
