ABOUT THIS EVENT
Featured HAYVN member, Jenn Warwick will lead for 45 minutes with breath work followed by Asami Green guiding us in Zentangle & Neurographic Art at the Creative Cafe.
BREATHWORK:
- Take this opportunity to step away from the hustle of daily life and give yourself the breathing space you deserve. Whether you're a beginner or experienced in breathwork, you can reduce stree, improve well-being and connect with your breath and nourish your soul.
- Wear comfortable loose fitted clothing. Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Feel free to bring a journal and a pen if you’d like to write down insights.
ABOUT ZENTANGLES AND NEUROGRAPHIC ART
- Explore mindfulness and creativity with Zentangle & Neurographic Art. Blend meditative Zentangle patterns with flowing neurographic designs to inspire relaxation and self-expression. Perfect for all skill levels, this workshop fosters calm and creativity through intuitive art techniques.
