Meet Marie Patel, Founder of Girl on The Ball Solutions.
Patel is a business operations extraordinaire and marketing specialist with over 25 years of experience guiding small business owners through strategy, planning, and marketing tactics, so they can get back to doing what they love.
“I became a member in October of 2020,” Patel said. “Since I had just started my business, I was apprehensive about the cost of the membership fee. Seeing all the cool events and networking opportunities I knew that I couldn’t afford NOT to be a member. I joined the very next day and never looked back!”
Before becoming a social member, Patel had participated regularly in several HAYVN Halftimes that summer and was looking forward to joining a local coworking community.

Meet Phyllis Yavner, Licensed Psychotherapist, Certified Career Counselor, Mental Health Consultant, and speaker offering support to young adults, individuals, and businesses.
Yavner has spent over a decade counseling college students in higher education and many years in her earlier career as a Human Resources Executive on Wall Street. She has a private practice in Darien, where she has lived for 20 years with her family.
“I became a HAYVN member from the very beginning, as one of the founding members,” she said. “ I was eager to join as a virtual member to support a coworking space for women and men in the town where I lived.”
