Jennifer Sauvageau loves to connect the dots. Her career exemplifies her passion for creating organizations that are built on innovation, entrepreneurial initiative, and insightful thought. Her adventures include large-scale festival production, grant proposal writing, and skill toy teacher and performer. Currently, she is the CEO and co-founder of Noteworthy Chocolates, the only service in the world where you can have your message engraved into chocolate and made into a thoughtfully delicious gift. Jennifer is allergic and sensitive to 40 foods, but thankfully, chocolate is not one of them! Due to an auto-immune disease, she was a bald lady for 7 years which taught her some incredible lessons about courage, kindness, and resilience. She is passionate about facilitating meaningful experiences, zero-waste living, inspired conversation, birds, and travel.

Stephanie Volo, Chief Impact Officer at Earth Animal Ventures strongly believes in working for a purpose. She’s a dedicated, respected and enthusiastic professional with over 25 years of multi-channel leadership and management experience in consumer goods. She’s known for building long-lasting, meaningful relationships, collaborative skills that unite all parts of an organization and industry, for her ability to manage competing priorities across multiple channels, for her effective communication, and for her commitment to employee development and cultivation. She is skilled in assessing the needs of an organization and implementing strategic solutions that benefit all stakeholders. She is a champion for sustainability and excels at sales and marketing with particular expertise in business development, writing & presenting, brand development, communications and advocacy, product design & development, sustainability integration, merchandising & design, retail and employee growth, development and training.

Alison Gregory, CEO at AreaHub is an experienced entrepreneur and senior management executive, with experience that includes launching and scaling technology and data service companies as well as senior roles at financial service companies. Currently, CEO and Co-Founder of AreaHub, the extensive climate and environmental risk intelligence platform that equips businesses to identify and manage risks and to make more informed investments and better management decisions. Before AreaHub, she co-launched and managed, at the Management Committee level, a fast-growing data services startup, called GlobeOp Financial Services (now SS&C GlobeOp), which expanded internationally and went public. In addition, she served in various senior capacities for other companies.
