Through Lindsey’s two decades of legal practice – at New York law firms, a European intellectual property firm, a worldwide legal consulting company, and as part of an in-house legal team – she has accumulated extensive experience advising clients on trademark issues in a wide variety of industries. Lindsey has represented dozens of individuals and companies, from Major League Baseball to a major New York hospital network, from a solar energy start-up to an executive coach, from a snowboarding manufacturer in Maine to a cold-brewed coffee distributor in New Orleans, from a cosmetics company to an interior designer. In 2015, Lindsey set up her own solo law practice in order to provide an alternative to the usual relationship with legal counsel, to work more collaboratively and creatively with her clients. Based in New York, she advises clients and confers with counsel throughout the world.
