After a long and successful career in non-profit management, I decided to create the work and life that only I dreamed of. The Summit was born. A service that addresses the hundreds of women who are dreaming of meaningful work with the flexibility to support their families. Using purpose as our guide, The Summit supports, engages, and inspires women–particularly those who have dedicated time to raising children– at every stage of their lives and careers. The Summit helps those women find their value proposition in the marketplace through mainstream employment opportunities and also by offering a platform to test original ideas or tracks for entrepreneurship.
