Terms & Conditions

A Featured Profile must be created in order to secure a photoshoot time. Photoshoot sessions cannot be rescheduled. Since this is a complimentary experience, no refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions. Edited photos will be delivered digitally within 1 week after selections (via Kaitlyn Casso Creations). By participating, you agree to the Media & Promotion Release, allowing Talk Therapy Alternative LLC to use your photos in marketing and promotional materials, including website, social media, LinkedIn, and blog features. Commercial License The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive Commercial License to use the delivered photographic materials for the Client’s business purposes. Permitted uses include marketing, advertising, promotional materials, social media, and website usage. The Client may not sell, transfer, or sublicense the photographic materials without the Photographer’s prior written consent. All other rights remain with the Photographer.
