Members-Only Outdoor Yoga at HAYVN with Clare Crowley

Join us for a mixed level vinyasa flow class with a focus on reconnecting with the breathe and being present. It will be led by Clare Crowley from the Stamford Yoga Center. This class is open to HAYVN members only and is free. All levels welcome.

This event is part of a series of free outdoor yoga presented by HAVYN Coworking. The goal is to educate HAYVN members & guests on wellness and yoga.

It’s easy to get overwhelmed and anxious in this world but through yoga we are allowed to step back from our busy lives and focus on the energy that started it all, our breathe. Clare meets students where they are, teaching feel good classes that are accessible to all. Clare offers modifications to more challenging poses, while holding a safe space for exploration and to have fun. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Stamford Yoga Center, where she mentored with Bernadette Birney and Megan Young.
