What Is A Hive?
HAYVN HIVES are small focused groups of HAYVN members who meet regularly to support one another in a mastermind experience. Your HIVE is a supportive environment where you will share ideas and create accountability to achieve your goals. Think of your HIVE as your own “Board of Directors” who will serve as a sounding board, provide different perspectives and offer insights.
Hives Is for You If:
- Your business generates more than $150,000 in annual revenue.
- You have been in business for 3-5 years or have experience with owning a previous business.
- You have 1-5 employees.

- The cost is $1500* for 6 months with a 6-month minimum to join

What You Get
- Six monthly in person facilitated roundtable discussions
- Dedicated “board” of advisors” of 6-8 seasoned business owners (your HIVE)
- Additional coaching available for monthly individual sessions (additional fee)
Schedules

- HIVES cohorts meet once a month on Wednesdays on these 2024-2025 dates:
- Virtual Check In Meetings @10am-11am: July 17 and August 14
- In Person Meetings at HAYVN @10am-1pm: September 11, October 9, November 13, December 11, January 15 and February 12
Typical Meeting Format: 3 hours
- 10:00am:
- Meet & Greet/Networking & Sign-In
- 30 Minutes:
- Check-ins: Review business & personal updates from Prior Month (~5 minutes/member)
- 90 Minutes:
- Executive Session begins with a group discussion based on business trends, any pressing business issues, updates or follow ups from prior meetings
- 30 Minutes:
- Best practices and theoretical questions to stimulate short-term innovation & change
