Bio:
Kerstin Rao took a leap of faith at age 57 – choosing early retirement from a successful 34 years as a classroom teacher to start two businesses. One is Vivid Cottage, featuring her artwork on luxury stationery and home goods, and the other is Curate Your Mate, a dating mindset coaching service. Kerstin majored in art at Vassar College, earned a Masters in Special Education from Bank Street, and studied comedy at Upright Citizens Brigade, the Magnet Theater, and Second City. She performs improv comedy with the local team ‘Fairfield of Dreams.’ A native of Minnesota, with several years spent in Kentucky and NYC, Kerstin has lived in Westport for the past 23 years.
