and Andrea Anderson, Emotional Wellness Family Manager
Come dance and learn how to boost your mood + feel more energized on a regular basis!
Featuring Andrea Anderson, an Emotional Wellness Family Manager. Improve your energy + mood with dancing. Combined with Mindful art with words, quotes and colors with Asami Green, an Intuitive Life Artist and Reiki Master.
When we dance, we can shift from feeling heavy + tight and bothered, to light, relaxed and energized.
Join us for 30 mins of dance, followed by time + space to create whatever you feel inspired to create or write, with the materials we have on hand!
