In this 2-part workshop series you will learn:

– What does it mean to become a purpose-driven business? Rediscover why you are in business and how that WHY connects you with your main stakeholders.

– Assess how purpose-oriented your organization is. Our exercises will help you reflect and write your business purpose that will serve as a compass to guide your organization in all your decisions.

– How to incorporate your business purpose as an essential part of your organization, to make it authentic, and transform your business.

– Learn how to communicate your purpose internally and externally to engage with your main stakeholders.
