Can I use the business address for my company registration?

Absolutely! You can use our address for registering your business, setting up your website, and other official purposes. It gives your business a professional edge.

How do I book meeting rooms?

Booking meeting rooms is a breeze. Just click here, choose the room that fits your needs, pick the date and time. Our team is also here to help with any special requests.

What are the costs involved?

Our virtual mail plans start at $55 per month. We offer additional services like mail forwarding, open & scanning and meeting room usage at great rates. 

Is there a contract or can I cancel anytime?

We offer flexible month-to-month plans with no long-term commitment. If you need to cancel, we ask for a 30-day notice for the Virtual Mail plan and 60-day notice for the Fleet+4 (Virtual Office) Plan.

Can I upgrade to a physical office later?

Of course! Many of our virtual office clients eventually transition to a physical office space. We have a range of coworking options to suit your needs as your business grows.

Can I get a Google Business Profile listing with a virtual office plan, or other HAYVN plan?

Unfortunately, none of the Virtual Office Plans include the Google Business Profile listing option as per Google Business Profile regulations for Coworking Spaces.

You can get a Google My Business listing with either HAYVN’s Dedicated Desk or Private Office membership plans which meets Google’s policy.

Google's policy says: Virtual Office Customers are prohibited from creating a Business Profile on Google due to Google regulations requiring a physical location. However, customers may upgrade to a Dedicated Desk or Private Office Membership Plan, both of which have physical locations at HAYVN, subject to availability. Customers may, by written communication to the Community Manager, request such an upgrade.
