These are people from your community\, maybe your neighbor\, your colleague\, your friend\, who have worked hard to craft and deliver a talk that will move you. Come ready to laugh\, feel something and leave inspired. \nAnd here’s the thing about Drop The Mic Night — you’re not just an audience member. You’re a cheerleader. Literally. We hand out pom poms at the door because that energy in the room? That’s what carries our speakers through. Through her speaking\, training and facilitation\, she helps leaders across industries build confidence and connection by communicating from who they are\, not who they think they’re supposed to be. \nShe firmly believes every person has a story to tell and a message the world needs to hear\, yet too many hold back\, either out of fear or because they struggle to shape their ideas into a clear\, compelling message.
