About Eileen:
Eileen is the CEO & Founder of Central Park Executive Coaching, co-founder of Your Next Next, and an executive and career coach. With a deep background in talent acquisition, talent management and learning & development, Eileen brings insight into what it takes to match your passion to today’s workplace. She coaches executives, high potentials and leadership teams from Fortune 100 companies to small businesses and non-profits. With over 30 years as a Human Resources executive, Eileen has worked in investment banking, technology and hospitality.
About Christine:
Christine has spent over 25 years in corporate environments. Her strength is her ability to develop people and lead teams. From mergers, reorganizations, to acclimation with new management teams, she is a respected voice in times of change and opportunity. She provides support and clarity throughout the career journey. Having completed a career pivot from Marketing Executive to Coaching, Christine understands the need and processes necessary for change. She created Motivating-Factors her coaching practice and serves mid-tier to VP level professionals in a variety of industries such as Media, Tech, Marketing, and Start Ups. Christine is a Fellow Coach for BetterUp and is a facilitator and group coach for executive teams.
